- 1 Commercial flight from Campo Grande to Cuiabá (23kg for checked baggage)
- Private transportation in A/C vehicles
- Private Boat in Porto Jofre for game viewing
- Activities as indicated on the itinerary
Exclusions
- Taxes as applicable ( 5% GST and 20% TCS for Indian Nationals. The 20% TCS can be claimed as input, when filing for ITR )
- Additional meals and beverages, alocoholic / non alcoholic.
- Tips, international flights & transfers, additional activities, visa fees, travel & medical insurance. ( Travel and Medical Insurance is mandatory)
- Domestic flights from Sao Paulo to Campo Grande and Cuiaba to Sau Paulo on the way back.
- All other expenses not mentioned in the “inclusions” above will have to be borne as additional expenses by the participants
Day- Wise Itinerary
Day 1
Upon arrival, enjoy a fresh welcome drink and settle into your rooms by the afternoon, followed by a meet and greet with your Ameliya Safari Director and other group members in the evening. Your Safari Director will then brief you about the trip, and also understand what you want to get out of this trip. This will be followed by a presentation where you’ll gain fascinating insights into Bandhavgarh’s ecology through a captivating presentation.
Learn about the park’s diverse flora and fauna, animal tracking techniques, and how to interpret jungle behavior.Savor a delicious dinner followed by good old-fashioned conversation and thrilling safari stories, shared under a blanket of stars.
Day 2
Early mornings set the stage for thrilling adventures – 2 exhilarating FULL DAY jeep safaris in search of Bandhavgarh’s Tigers, along with Leopards, Indian Gaur, Sloth Bears, and hundreds of bird species. Witness the park come alive during the golden light of dawn as you enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast amidst the wilderness, or stop at the ‘Center Point’ inside the park to step out of your jeep.
Day 3
Head out for a final safari in the wilderness of Bandhavgarh. Back to the lodge by late morning. Spend a relaxing afternoon at the lodge, reading your favorite book or catch up on a quick siesta.
EVENING:
Enjoy a relaxing evening at the lodge. Read your favourite book, spend time by the pool or enjoy a siesta.
Day 4
Set out on another full day experience in the park.
Enjoy a delectable spread of breakfast and lunch right in the heart of the jungle, as you continue in your pursuit of Bandhavgarh’s wild wonders.
Day 5
After a heartwarming breakfast, bid farewell to Bandhavgarh, your guide, and your newfound friends (until you return for another adventure).

Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2025 only. Rates for 2026 will incur a 10% hike.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
