Inclusions
- Accommodations at the Snow Leopard Lodge and Grand Dragon in Leh for the duration as mentioned above
- All food and beverages during the stay at the Snow Leopards Lodge: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks between main meals. This includes any food, tea, coffee, or other beverages.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Grand Dragon in Leh. - Daily guided wildlife tracking with professional trackers and spotters.
- All ground transportation as per the program (airport transfers, Leh to camp transfers)
Camp vehicles for transfer from Camp to various tracking points – on foot from thereon. - Government Permits and Hemis National Park fees

Day - Wise Itinerary
Day 1
After a short flight from major cities, you will arrive in Leh, a beautiful paradise nestled in the Himalayas. A short drive will take you from the airport to the hotel. Due to the high altitude, we recommend that you take the rest of the day to relax and acclimatize.
DAY 2
Spend the day visiting beautiful landmarks like the Shanti Stupa, or exploring charming villages of Lato, Gya, and Meru, or opt for a heritage walk through Leh’s bustling old market, marveling at local crafts and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. A drive through the mountains outside Leh also offers the opportunity for wildlife sightings like the Blue Sheep and the Tibetan Partridge.
Day 3
Check out from the Leh hotel and embark on a scenic 3-hour drive to the lodge. The route boasts breathtaking landscapes and a chance to spot the majestic Urial. Reach the lodge by lunchtime. Post lunch, you will have some time to unwind and take in the scenery from the deck. As the sun sets and evening rolls around, join your guide for a pre-dinner briefing where you’ll learn what to expect during the next few days, and the wildlife you can see in the area. The orientation is followed by an authentic Himalayan dinner before turning in for the night.
DAY 4 - 9
Rise with the sun and embark on exciting adventures based on real-time intel from our expert spotters. Explore the beautiful mountains surrounding the lodge, or take short drives to promising locations based on potential snow leopard sightings. Some days might involve waiting for long hours, so be prepared for some patient observation as we wait for opportunities to witness these elusive, magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.
Day 10
After a heartwarming breakfast at the lodge, transfer to your accommodation in Leh for a relaxed evening and a restful night. An option to visit a local monastery.
DAY 11
After a final, restful morning at the Grand Dragon, transfer to the Leh airport, followed by a flight to Delhi and onward international transfers from New Delhi.

Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wires or UPI transfers. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- All bank and card transfer charges must be borne by the guest.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
