Inclusions
- Luxury Accommodation at Masai Mara, all meals, tea/coffee, laundry services.
- Domestic beer & wine and select liquor, safari sundowners, bush breakfasts, and WiFi. Morning and evening game drives in a shared vehicle , and bush walks.
- Roundtrip transfers via a scheduled charter flight from Nairobi to Masai Mara.
- Park/Conservancy Fee ($130 per person per day)
- Services of an Ameliya Safari Director
- Flying doctors medical evacuation cover
Exclusions
- Taxes as applicable ( 5% GST and 5% TCS for Indian Nationals. The 5% TCS can be claimed as input when filing for ITR )
- Accommodation and meals in Nairobi
- Tips, international flights & transfers, additional activities, visa fees, travel & medical insurance.
- $35 per person fee for the cultural visit, paid to the Masai village leader directly.
- All other expenses not mentioned in the “inclusions” above will have to be borne as additional expenses by the guests..
Day- Wise Itinerary
Day 1
Your experience begins when you embark on a scenic journey with a scheduled charter flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport to Masai Mara.
Upon landing, you’ll be greeted by your private guide and begin your first exhilarating game drive in search of iconic wildlife- from the airstrip to your luxury tented camp!
Enjoy lunch on arrival followed by an evening game drive. As the sun goes down, stop for a G&T sundowner. Back at camp unwind by a crackling bonfire and savor a delicious dinner under a blanket of stars.
Day 2 - 4
Rise with the sun for thrilling morning game drives, encountering the diverse wildlife that thrives in the Masai Mara’s vast grasslands. In between adventures, return to camp for a refreshing midday break and lunch. Relax by the pool, catch up on reading, or simply soak in the captivating scenery. As afternoon temperatures dip, embark on another exciting game drive, keeping an eye out for predators stalking their prey. After Ameliya’s Signature sundowners amidst the golden hues of the setting sun, return to camp for fireside stories told by Suyash and a delectable dinner.
You’ll also have opportunities to embark on a guided walking safari, gaining a unique perspective of the surrounding ecosystem, or to learn about the fascinating Maasai culture through a visit to a neighboring community, or to opt for a thrilling night safari, searching for nocturnal creatures that come alive under the cloak of darkness.
Day 5
After a heartwarming breakfast, bid farewell to the Masai Mara, the animals, your camp, and your newfound safari friends (until your next adventure).
Transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Wilson Domestic Airport, followed by a transfer to the Nairobi International Airport.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
