Luxury Safari in Zambia

This was our second trip with Ameliya and we already knew what was in store for us, but Suyash and team still managed to surprise us - they got us onto a helicopter as soon as we got off the flight, and it was an hour long scenic and adventurous ride to the camp. The hospitality throughout the trip was unmatched, the rooms were crazy and I loved our plunge pool. Food was delicious and the drinks even better. Leading up-to the trip, Ameliya Safari's team was always available to us while we were planning and answered even the most trivial of our queries and doubts like true experts - it was evident that they truly just wanted us to have the best experience. We’ve traveled with a lot of tour operators around the world, and the personal touch, attention to detail, and pure joy that Ameliya and Suyash’s team brings is really up there.

I recently traveled from India to Zambia with Ameliya Safaris, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. This was my first time in Zambia, and everything was beyond expectations. From the moment I arrived, Suyash and his team had every detail perfectly planned, making the entire trip seamless and stress-free. Our camps were exceptional—luxurious lodges surrounded by Zambia’s wild beauty. It was the perfect combination of comfort and wilderness. Waking up to views of the Zambezi River and hearing the sounds of wildlife around, experiencing the Victoria falls up close!! It was mind blowing! Our guide was highly knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. We saw elephants, lions, hippos, wild dogs, leopards and so much more—often without any other vehicles in sight, which made it feel even more exclusive. The team’s attention to ensuring we had a private and crowd-free experience was one of my personal favorite things about this trip. A particularly special moment was the sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi river. Watching the sun dip below the horizon, with a herd of elephants bathing in the river just in the distance, it was one of the most unreal experiences ever. Ameliya Safaris exceeded all my expectations. They made sure that every moment of the trip was memorable and we can’t wait for another adventure.
