- All the rates are calculated on a per-person basis
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is made 65 days before the tour start dates.
- No refund if cancellation is made between 0 – 65 days of the event.
- Your spot on the tour is only guaranteed once the full payment has been made.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for calculating the cancellation fees.
- Amendment in dates within 65 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.

Day 1
- Upon arrival, enjoy a fresh welcome drink and settle into your rooms by the afternoon followed by a meet and greet with your Ameliya Guide and other group members in the evening.
- Your Guide (an expert Naturalist) will then brief you about the trip and also understand what you want to get out of this trip. This will be followed by a presentation where you’ll gain fascinating insights into Bandhavgarh’s ecology through a captivating presentation. Learn about the park’s diverse flora and fauna, animal tracking techniques, and how to interpret jungle behavior.
Note: Photography enthusiasts can benefit from Suyash Keshari’s exclusive Online Masterclass that’ll be accessible to you post registration – a crash course in capturing stunning wildlife photographs, even with your smartphone.
- Savor a delicious dinner followed by good old-fashioned conversation and thrilling safari stories, shared under a blanket of stars. End the day with a short night walk – an opportunity to witness the serenity and captivating sounds of the nocturnal jungle.
Days 2-4
- Early mornings set the stage for thrilling adventures – six exhilarating jeep safaris in search of Bandhavgarh’s Tigers, along with Leopards, Indian Gaur, Sloth Bears, hundreds of bird species.
- Witness the park come alive during the golden light of dawn as you enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast amidst the wilderness or stop at the ‘Center Point’ inside the park to step out of your jeeps and enjoy a cup of locally prepared tea with some maggi.
- Mid-mornings offer a chance to unwind at your lodge or to have a one-on-one session with your guide where you’ll learn more about wildlife and photography.
- Afternoon safaris present further opportunities to witness the wonders of Bandhavgarh.
Note: In between safaris, you can opt for a pre-dinner photography review session with your guide, or watch an engaging nature documentary.

Day 4 Evening
- As the sun begins setting, gather around the pool for an epic Sundowner- unwind, share stories with newfound friends, or delve deeper into stories about the tiger reserve with your guide.
- Post dinner, spend this last night of the tour with a celebration- join the local tribals in their dance to celebrate the different seasons and also the Tiger God. This night will be full of fun, great food, dancing and, like it or not – it’ll become a core memory for you.
Day 5
- Embark on a final awe-inspiring morning safari, creating lasting memories.
- After a heartwarming breakfast, bid farewell to Bandhavgarh, your guide, and your newfound friends (until you return for another adventure).

SINGLE OCCUPANCY VS TWIN SHARING ROOMS
There are two categories of rooms:
1. Single Occupancy: Where you get the entire room to yourself
2. Twin-Sharing: Where you are paired up with another member of the group and share the room with them

MEDICAL FACILITIES
All Central Indian National Parks are located in a very remote region of India with the nearest hospitals being 4 hours away.
Important Notes:
- Please carry your personal medications.
- Expecting mothers, patients with heart conditions, and any other health ailment that require constant medical attentions are advised not to travel.

Please ensure that you are carrying a Government issued photo ID with you at all times during your travel.

ACCESS TO INTERNET
All lodges have basic internet connection. The offices in the lodges have an extra computer which can be used free of cost for emailing. Internet may not be reliable at all times as breakdowns take time to fix as we are remotely located.
PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATION
If you are simply coming to enjoy the beauty of the national park and learn more about wildlife from Suyash, then you don’t need to bring any equipment with you.
If you are coming on this trip to learn photography then you are strongly recommended to bring your own camera. We suggest brining a combination lenses, such as a zoom lens as well as a wide-angle lens. Super telephoto lenses are also excellent. If you would like to rent any equipment, please contact us in advance.
Smartphones are also very handy these days and your Ameliya Guide/ Photography Mentor can train you on the best way to use them.
