Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2024 only. Rates for 2025 will incur a 10% hike.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
Day 1&2
Your tour begins when you land in Delhi and check into your Hotel. Turn in for the night after having a nice dinner.
The next morning, wake up early and board a flight to Lucknow. From there, embark on a scenic 4.5-hour road journey to Dudhwa National Park- a hidden gem nestled in the Terai Landscape of Northern India. Upon arrival, you will meet your Ameliya Private Guide and Host, who will go over the plan for the next few days and understand your preferences so they can fine tune things in a more personalized manner.
You will be staying at the exclusive Jaagir Manor in Dudhwa, a charming boutique luxury lodge with colonial architecture, top class hospitality and cuisine.
DAY 3/4/5
Explore the beauty of Dudhwa National Park.
Dedicate these three days to exploring the rich biodiversity of Dudhwa National Park. Embark on exhilarating jeep safaris through verdant forests and sprawling grasslands, searching for the extraordinarily large tigers of Dudhwa, the elusive one-horned rhinoceros, asiatic elephants, sloth bears, leopards and a myriad of other captivating wildlife, including swamp deer, wild boars, and over 350 species of birds.
Day 6 & 7
Bid farewell to Dudhwa National Park after lunch and travel by road to Lucknow. Spend a relaxing transition night here before your onward journey to Pench National Park, which would include a morning flight from Lucknow to Nagpur, followed by a 2.5-hour drive to Pench.
Arrival at Pench by evening and settle into your charming cottages. Have some time to unwind by the pool or sit at the bird hide. Spend the evening on a nature walk followed by drinks and a 3-course meal.
DAY 8 & 9
Morning and evening safaris in Pench National Park looking for tigers, leopards, sloth bears, wild dogs and other inhabitants. Pench is also home to over 250 species of birds. During the morning drives you will stop for a picnic breakfast with fresh coffee & tea. This is a great time to ask your guide to share some of their most epic encounters with wildlife. You will arrive back at the lodge by noon and have some time to unwind before the evening safari that ends at sunset.
Day 10
After a heartwarming breakfast, depart from Pench National Park and travel by road to Nagpur (2.5 hrs). From Nagpur, board your flight back to Delhi, taking with you unforgettable memories of your incredible wildlife adventure.

Dudhwa National Park
Dudhwa National Park offers visitors thrilling encounters with a brilliant array of wildlife. With tigers and leopards being its main attraction, the park also protects the Barasingha- the incredible 12-horned swamp deer, and the rare Indian one-horned rhino. Visitors can also expect sightings of elephants, sloth bears, and a variety of other deer species including sambar, spotted deer, and hog deer, along with primates like langurs and rhesus monkeys.
Pench National Park
Named after the winding Pench River that flows through its heart, this National Park is a collection of verdant forests, meadows, and hills, filled with diverse wildlife. It’s mainly recognized for its high concentration of leopards, tigers, wild dogs along with 40 other species of mammals and 300+ species of birds. There is also a famous although elusive black leopard in Pench buffer that attracts people from all across the world.

MEDICAL FACILITIES
The National Parks are located in a very remote region of India with the nearest hospital being 4 hours away.
Important Notes:
- Please carry your personal medications.
- Expecting mothers, patients with heart conditions, and any other health ailment that require constant medical attentions are advised not to travel.
PHOTO IDENTITY
Please ensure that you always carry a Government-issued photo ID with you during your travel.
For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa is required for travel to India and entry into the National Park
FOOD ALLERGIES
If you are allergic to any food items, kindly inform at the time of check-in. A delectable spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is served at all the lodges. Breakfast is the combination of variety and choices from the varied cuisine and is usually served in the park, during the safari itself.
ACCESS TO INTERNET
All lodges have basic internet connection. The offices in the lodges have an extra computer which can be used free of cost for emailing. Internet may not be reliable at all times as breakdowns take time to fix as we are remotely located.
WHAT TO PACK
Practical colors to wear to the park are khaki, beige and white in all seasons. Please avoid bright and flashy clothing and strong perfumes/deodorant. It is advisable not to wear sandals or shorts during nature walks
