Payment Terms

All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2024 only. Rates for 2025 will incur a 10% hike.
Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.

Cancellation Policy

50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
All refunds are processed minus bank charges.

Wilderness DumaTau (3 Nights)

Wilderness DumaTau’s extensive lagoon frontage ensures that each ultra-spacious 142 m2 guest suite has uninterrupted views over Osprey Lagoon, and the movements of the mega-herds of elephants the Linyanti is so famous for.

All seven twin tented suites and one family unit have a private plunge pool and an inviting lounge, and feature a spacious bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. The main dining and lounge areas boast unimpeded wide-angle vistas overlooking the wildlife-rich lagoon, while the centrally located Osprey Retreat wellness center and gym – shared with Wilderness Little DumaTau – includes an inviting shaded deck, a lap pool, spa, a drinks and snack counter, and Safari Boutique. Wilderness DumaTau runs on 100% solar energy.

Insider’s Tip: The Linyanti is recognised as an IBA (Important Bird Area), so the hides and platforms in the area are ideal for bird watching and photographing wildlife.

Wilderness Vumbura Plains North (3 Nights)

A modern-style safari camp that wouldn’t look out of place in an architecture magazine, Wilderness Vumbura Plains is designed and operated in total empathy with its diverse surroundings. Partnerships with local communities in this region of the Okavango Delta have created empowerment opportunities while allowing guests access to its many treasures.

Fourteen light, airy guest suites feature designer fittings and touches of unabashed luxury, including private plunge pools and salas, as well as indoor and outdoor showers. Safari activities focus on day and night game drives through a variety of game-rich terrains. Seasonal water activities can be very rewarding.

Insider’s Tip: Enjoy the use of the spotting scope for exceptional viewing of birds and wildlife. If you are lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the resident otter family!

Wilderness Mombo (3 Nights)

Wilderness Mombo, on Mombo Island just off the northern tip of Chief’s Island, is built under large shady trees and overlooks a wonderful floodplain teeming with wildlife.
Accommodation comprises eight spacious suites raised off the ground, all built to maximize the vistas over the plains. Each tent is elegantly furnished, complete with en-suite bathroom, a dressing area, indoor and outdoor showers; as well as a bathtub that creates a sense of indulgence. The expanded deck includes a sala and plunge pool.

A large living and dining area looks out over that same view, while Wilderness Mombo’s famous traditional dinners are hosted in the nearby boma. Wilderness Mombo shares a Safari Boutique, spa, gym and lap pool with Wilderness Little Mombo. Large concentrations of plains game often occur in front of camp, and you may see a variety of animals without even leaving the veranda.

Insider’s Tip: Arguably the best big game viewing in all of Africa with a bountiful hunting ground for large prides of lions and leopards.

Hundreds of miles from civilization, the Linyanti is a pristine wilderness area that hosts some of the largest herds of elephants, a high density of predators including lions, leopards, and a good number of African Wild Dogs.
