A RECENT GROUP Safari in India
An account of one of our best group safari tours in India – truly wholesome and fulfilling
The Experience
Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve – 4 days with a group of 10. Each of the guest arrived at the airport to find an Ameliya chauffeur waiting for them with a smile and a vehicle to drive them to the camp. Once the group settled into their rooms, they met up with the guide and spent time getting to know each other over a drink. Later their guide gave a detailed presentation about the park, the resident wildlife, and what to expect on the upcoming wildlife safari adventure.
The next few days established a rhythm of early mornings on safari in the jungle, tracking tigers, leopards, bears and other animals. Always with Ameliya’s classic safari breakfasts in the jungle. Afternoons offered much needed siesta time by the pool with a cold beer in hand, before heading out for the evening safari.
On the final evening, the group enjoyed a beautiful safari sundowner experience, reminiscing their time together and sitting around the fire exchanging stories from the past few days. The next morning marked the end of the tour as the group said their goodbyes with a heavy heart.
The guests remain connected to this day through our WhatsApp channel, and plan safaris together.
