After settling into your lodge, you’ll enjoy personalized safaris with expert guides, searching for tigers, leopards, and more. Daily yoga and meditation sessions offer relaxation between morning and evening safaris. At Kanha National Park, continue your wildlife exploration, learning tracking techniques and capturing stunning photographs. Walking safaris by the river provide close encounters with smaller wildlife. Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2024 only. Rates for 2025 will incur a 10% hike.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
Day 1:
Take a short flight (1.5hr) from Delhi to Nagpur followed by a 2 hour drive to arrive at Pench National Park. Check into the lodge by lunch-time. Meet your Ameliya Private Guide and Host who will go over the plan for the next few days and understand your preferences so they can fine-tune things in a more personalised manner. Post-lunch, settle into your charming cottages and have some time to unwind. In the evening meet your Yoga Teacher and set your intentions by bringing purpose to your practice and understanding your body.
DAY 2:
Early mornings set the stage for thrilling adventures with a wake-up call before dawn and an exhilarating safari alongside your private guide, looking for Tigers, Leopards, Sloth Bear, Wild dogs and more.
During the morning drives you will stop for a picnic breakfast along with fresh coffee & tea. This is a great time to ask your guide to share some of their most epic encounters with wildlife. You will arrive back at the lodge by noon. Get some time to read or take a nap after lunch and before the evening yoga session. Post the session, you will go on a sunset walk with your Private Guide.
Day 3:
Rise early for a refreshing cup of coffee before embarking on another exciting morning safari. Watch your guide expertly navigate the jungle roads and show how to identify tracks & signs, spot animals, understand their behaviour, and capture stunning photographs. After coming back to the lodge, meet your yoga instructor for a deep and relaxing session of meditation to redirect your thoughts inward. Post lunch, you will head out for an evening safari.
DAY 4:
After a short morning safari you will check out from your lodge and drive to Kanha National Park (4 hrs). Arrive by late afternoon in Kanha. After you are settled into your rooms, de-stress with a calming yoga session to help relax your tired muscles after the road journey.
At night, savour an authentic dinner made with locally sourced organic ingredients and sit by the fireside to enjoy the star-studded sky.
Day 5:
Rise early for a refreshing cup of coffee before embarking on another exciting morning safari. Watch your guide expertly navigate the jungle roads and show how to identify tracks & signs, spot animals, understand their behaviour, and capture stunning photographs. After coming back to the lodge, meet your yoga instructor for a deep and relaxing session of meditation to redirect your thoughts inward. Post lunch, you will head out for an evening safari.
DAY 6:
Start your day with a walking safari alongside the Banjaar river with your private guide, getting a closer view of the small creatures that are often missed when you’re on a vehicle. Gain fascinating insights into the lives of the flora & fauna, as well as people that live alongside them. End your walk with a delightful picnic breakfast along with hot tea & coffee amidst the wilderness. This will be followed by a meditation session alongside the river.
The afternoon back at camp offers a chance to relax and unwind by the poolside, before venturing out on an evening safari.

Morning Safari, afternoon at leisure and evening Yoga Session
DAY 8:
Enjoy a leisurely morning at your own pace. Join your instructor one last time for a yoga and meditation session. After a heartwarming breakfast, it’s time for check-out and say your goodbyes to your new safari family with an increased mental and physical energy, a boost in alertness and enthusiasm.
Transfer to Jabalpur airport (4 hrs) followed by a flight (1.5 hrs) to Delhi and onward international transfers from New Delhi.

Named after the winding Pench River that flows through its heart, this National Park is a collection of verdant forests, meadows, and hills, filled with diverse wildlife. It’s mainly recognized for its high concentration of leopards, tigers, wild dogs along with 40 other species of mammals and 300+ species of birds. There is also a famous although elusive black leopard in Pench buffer that attracts people from all across the world.
Kanha National Park
Two main species attract most of the people to Kanha- The Barasingha (the state animal of Madhya Pradesh), a magnificent swamp deer known for its impressive antlers; and the Royal Bengal Tiger. However, the park also shelters a diverse array of wildlife, including 40 species of mammals such as leopards, sloth bears, wild dogs, the rare Asian Otters, the Indian Gaur, and over 250 species of birds.

GENERAL QUERIES
MEDICAL FACILITIES
The National Parks are located in a very remote region of India with the nearest hospital being 4 hours away.
Important Notes:
- Please carry your personal medications.
- Expecting mothers, patients with heart conditions, and any other health ailment that require constant medical attentions are advised not to travel.
PHOTO IDENTITY
Please ensure that you always carry a Government-issued photo ID with you during your travel.
For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa is required for travel to India and entry into the National Park
FOOD ALLERGIES
If you are allergic to any food items, kindly inform at the time of check-in. A delectable spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is served at all the lodges. Breakfast is the combination of variety and choices from the varied cuisine and is usually served in the park, during the safari itself.
ACCESS TO INTERNET
All lodges have basic internet connection. The offices in the lodges have an extra computer which can be used free of cost for emailing. Internet may not be reliable at all times as breakdowns take time to fix as we are remotely located.
WHAT TO PACK
Practical colors to wear to the park are khaki, beige and white in all seasons. Please avoid bright and flashy clothing and strong perfumes/deodorant. It is advisable not to wear sandals or shorts during nature walks
