Spiti Valley, high in the Trans-Himalayan region of Himachal Pradesh, is a remote and breathtaking wilderness where the elusive snow leopard roams. The valley is framed by rugged mountains, ancient monasteries, and stark, high-altitude landscapes. Its rocky slopes and snowy ridges are also home to Himalayan ibex, blue sheep, red foxes, and golden eagles, and the elusive Snow Leopards. The valleyβs unique ecosystem supports a variety of wildlife adapted to extreme conditions, while its rivers, cliffs, and sparse vegetation create dramatic scenery at every turn.Β

Day- Wise Itinerary
Day 1
An early morning departure from Chandigarh and a 7-hour drive through the meandering foothills of the Himalayas will bring you to your destination for the night, Rampur – a bustling Himalayan town by the Sutlej River. Check into a palace-turned-heritage hotel that belonged to the erstwhile Maharaja of Rampur Bushahr.
DAY 2
Drive further up and enter the steep mountains of Kinnaur, driving along the Sutlej River and scenic landscapes. This historical route was a part of the Indo-Tibetan Silk Route. After around 8 hours, we will end the day in Mane, where our beautiful lodge sits in the middle of the rugged wilderness of the High Himalayas
For foreign nationals travelling, there will be a pit stop in Kalpa, where we acquire the Inner Line Permits required for the journey ahead.
Day 3
Spend the day acclimatising to the high-altitude environment of Spiti, taking things slow and allowing your body to adjust. After a relaxed breakfast, explore the beautiful village of Mane and its surroundings at an easy pace. Take a gentle walk through the village, interact with the locals, and soak in the traditional mud houses, prayer flags, and dramatic mountain landscapes.

DAY 4
A two hour drive from Kaza and we reach our lodge at Chicham village, situated at an altitude of 4,200 m. This cosy stay in the middle of the vast, cold desert of Spiti will be our home for the next few days.
Rested and settled in, we start our search for the elusive Himalayan wildlife in the evening.
Day 5-9
Rise with the sun and embark on exciting adventures based on real-time intel from our expert spotters. Explore the beautiful mountains surrounding the lodge, or take short drives to promising locations based on potential snow leopard sightings. Some days might involve waiting for long hours, so be prepared for some patient observation as we wait for opportunities to witness these elusive, magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.
DAY 10
A relaxed morning at the lodge. Sip on a hot cup of coffee (or tea) and soak in the heavenly views.Β
Check out post-breakfast and an 7-hour journey through the meandering hill roads, arrive at Rampur for the night. On the last night of the trip, reminisce about the wonderful time spent in the winter wonderland of Spiti.Β
Day 11
An early morning departure from Rampur and 8 hours later,Β reach the bustling city of Chandigarh.
Sad goodbyes, a promise to come back, followed by onward transfers

Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.Β
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2024 only. Rates for 2025 will incur a 10% hike.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.Β
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 β 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
