- TCS will be applicable for all Indian citizens going abroad, as per Government of India regulations.
- Starting October 1, 2024, the government of Zanzibar will require all visitors to purchase mandatory travel insurance through their official website. You will need to purchase this policy in addition to your personal travel insurance policy. The cost of the insurance will be $44 USD per person for adults, and 50% for children from 3-17 years, and free for children 0-2.

Day 01: Windhoek
Arrive in Windhoek, Namibia’s relaxed capital, where you will be met on arrival and transferred to your boutique hotel. Unwind after your journey and enjoy a restful evening before your wilderness adventure begins.
DAY 2&3: Namib Desert
Board a scenic light aircraft flight into the heart of the Namib Desert, where endless seas of crimson dunes, rugged mountains, and vast gravel plains unfold beneath you. Upon arrival, settle into your lodge and take time to absorb the stillness of this extraordinary landscape before heading out on an afternoon nature drive. Accompanied by your expert guide, discover the remarkable adaptations of the desert’s wildlife before ending the day with sundowners as the fading light transforms the dunes into a palette of deep ochres and gold.
Rise before dawn for an unforgettable excursion into Sossusvlei, arriving as the first light illuminates the towering dunes of the Namib. Explore the surreal landscapes of Deadvlei, where centuries-old camelthorn trees stand frozen in time, before continuing to the dramatic Sesriem Canyon, carved over millennia by seasonal floodwaters. DAY 4&5&6: Damaraland

After settling into your camp, set out on an afternoon nature drive in search of the region’s legendary desert-adapted elephants. Unlike their savanna counterparts, these extraordinary animals have evolved to survive in one of the driest environments on Earth, travelling immense distances between seasonal water sources and navigating dry riverbeds that have sustained wildlife for generations. As the golden afternoon light transforms the landscape, gain a deeper appreciation of one of Africa’s most remarkable stories of adaptation and resilience.
DAY 7&8&9: Skeleton Coast
Depart on a spectacular light aircraft flight to the remote Hoanib River Valley, an extraordinary wilderness where ephemeral rivers sustain one of Africa’s most remarkable desert ecosystems. After settling into camp, head out on an afternoon game drive through ancient riverbeds and vast gravel plains in search of the region’s legendary desert-adapted lions. Unlike other lion populations, these resilient predators roam immense territories, traversing dunes and dry river systems in pursuit of prey, perfectly adapted to one of the harshest environments on Earth. Along the way, look out for desert-adapted elephants, brown hyenas, giraffes, Hartmann’s mountain zebras, and other wildlife that have evolved to thrive in this unforgiving landscape, before returning to camp as the desert glows beneath the golden light of sunset.
DAY 10:
After a leisurely breakfast overlooking the vast Namib wilderness, transfer to the nearby airstrip for a spectacular light aircraft flight back to Windhoek. As you soar above Namibia’s ancient deserts, rugged mountains, and winding dry river systems one final time, reflect on an extraordinary journey through some of Africa’s last truly wild landscapes. Upon arrival in Windhoek, connect with your onward international flight, taking with you memories of a land where resilience, wilderness, and conservation exist in perfect harmony.

Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2024 only. Rates for 2025 will incur a 10% hike.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
