Day- Wise Itinerary
Day 01 - Mumbai
Arrive in Mumbai and settle into the historic Taj Mahal Palace. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure, relaxing at the hotel and recovering from your journey. Those wishing to explore may take a gentle stroll through the surrounding heritage district of Colaba, with the Gateway of India and the city’s historic waterfront just moments away.
Day 02 - Explore Mumbai
After breakfast, begin your exploration of Mumbai with a visit to the iconic Gateway of India, followed by a private heritage walk through the historic neighbourhoods of South Mumbai. With an experienced cultural guide, discover the city’s colonial architecture, grand institutions and layered history.
After lunch, continue to Mani Bhavan, the historic Mumbai residence associated with Mahatma Gandhi and an important site in India’s independence movement. The visit offers a deeper insight into the city’s pivotal role in the country’s modern history.
Return to The Taj Mahal Palace for a relaxed evening.
Days 03 - Mumbai to Nashik
After breakfast, depart Mumbai and drive to Sula Vineyards in Nashik, approximately 4.5 hours / 195 km. The journey takes you from the energy of India’s financial capital into the countryside of Maharashtra, where vineyards spread across the rolling landscape.
On arrival, check in at Sula Vineyards and settle into the relaxed rhythm of wine country. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure, with the option to enjoy the vineyard surroundings and a curated wine-tasting experience.
Day 04 & 05 - Sula Vineyard
Spend two full days immersed in Sula’s celebrated wine country, discovering the landscapes, flavours and traditions of Indian winemaking. Explore the vineyards and winery with an expert guide, learning about grape cultivation, fermentation, ageing and bottling. Enjoy curated tastings of Sula’s wines while discovering different grape varieties and the art of wine appreciation. Between experiences, relax amid the rolling vineyards, enjoy the estate’s restaurants and savour thoughtfully paired cuisine. The days unfold at an unhurried pace, with time for leisurely walks, quiet moments overlooking the vines and memorable evenings accompanied by fine Indian wines in the peaceful countryside of Nashik.
Day 06 - Fly to Delhi
After breakfast, transfer to Nashik Airport for your flight to Delhi, approximately 1.5 hours. On arrival, meet your private representative and transfer to Roseate House for check-in. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure, relaxing at the hotel after your journey or enjoying its dining and wellness facilities.
Day 07 - Fly to Jabalpur and Drive to Bandhavgarh
Take an early morning flight from Delhi to Jabalpur, followed by a scenic drive of approximately four hours to Bandhavgarh National Park. On arrival, check in at Founders Camp and settle into the peaceful rhythm of the wilderness. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure, relaxing at the camp or joining a gentle bird walk around the lodge, where the surrounding forest offers excellent opportunities to discover the region’s rich birdlife.
Day 08 & 09 - Bandhavgarh National Park
Rise early for a refreshing cup of coffee before embarking on a thrilling morning safari. Watch your guide expertly navigate the jungle roads and show how to identify tracks & signs, spot animals, understand their behavior, and capture stunning photographs. Gain fascinating insights into the lives of tigers, leopards, bears and more. During the drives you will stop for a picnic breakfast with fresh coffee & tea. This is a great time to ask your guide to share some of their most epic encounters with wildlife. Back to the lodge by noon.
Afternoons bring wholesome, authentic, 3-course meals, and an opportunity for some much-needed rest before you leave for the evening safari which ends at sunset – with beautiful pink skies, and the slow rising moon. Back to the lodge by 7 pm. Drinks and dinner by the fire and under a thousand stars. (On any of the days, you may choose to skip a safari and opt for a nature walk, visit to the village or local temples, or simply relax at the lodge).
Day 10 - Jabalpur to Mumbai
Drive to Jabalpur (4 Hrs) and Fly to Mumbai
After breakfast, drive to Jabalpur Airport for your flight to Mumbai. On arrival, continue to Mumbai International Airport for your onward international flight, carrying with you memories of India’s tigers, vineyards, history and hospitality.

Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2024 only. Rates for 2025 will incur a 10% hike.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
