- All other expenses not mentioned in the “inclusions” above will have to be borne as additional expenses by the participants
Day - Wise Itinerary
Day 1
Set out early in the morning for a road transfer to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. (approx 3 hrs)
Upon arrival, you will meet your Ameliya Private Guide and Host, who will go over the plan for the next few days and understand your preferences so they can fine tune things in a more personalized manner.
Post lunch, head to the park for a short evening birding session. Back to the hotel before sunset.
DAYS 2 & 3
Explore the exceptional avifauna of Bharatpur.
Dedicate these days to exploring the rich bird biodiversity sprawling across the varied habitats the park has to offer. Over 400 migratory and resident species call this place home.
You will have a private E- Rickshaw throughout your time in Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. You may choose to get off the rickshaw and approach the birds as per your convenience. The park is spread across 29 sq kms with varied habitats such as grasslands, wetlands, and woodlands.
Day 4
After a final birding session in the morning, bid farewell to Bharatpur and set out on an onward transfer back to Delhi. (approx 4 hrs)
Spend a relaxing transition night in Delhi (accommodation to be self-booked) before your onward journey to Corbett National Park, the next morning.
DAY 5
An early morning start, road transfer (approx 5 hrs) will bring you to Corbett National Park, situated in the foothills of the Himalayas.
Relax and settle down in your room. Enjoy a beverage of your choice by the poolside or indulge in one of the several books from the in-house library.
In the evening, set out on a short bird walk within the campus of the lodge, as you get acquainted with the species of the region.
Day 6
Morning and evening safaris in Corbett National Park, looking for the stunning birds of the region. Corbett is also home to over 650 species of birds. Along with the birds, Corbett has great chances for tigers, leopards, elephants and other species of mammals.
DAY 7
Early in the morning, set out on a tranquil bird walk on a designated nature trail. Back to the lodge by late morning.
Post lunch, embark on your last safari in Corbett. Back to the lodge by sunset, in time for a delectable dinner spread.
Day 8
After a heartwarming breakfast, depart from Corbett for an onward journey back to Delhi (approx 5 hrs), taking with you unforgettable memories of your incredible wildlife adventure.

- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and 50% 45 days prior to the trip start date.
- These rates are applicable to Indian Nationals only. All foreign nationals must contact us on Reservations@AmeliyaSafaris.com
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 30% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 45 days prior to the tour start dates.
- Between 45-30 days, 50% will be refunded. No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 30 days of the tour.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees. (email: Reservations@AmeliyaSafaris.com)
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- Safari bookings are non-transferable as safari permits are issued by the Government under specified names and strictly enforced.
