Payment Terms
- All tours operate on 100% advance payment.
- 50% need to be paid at the time of booking, 25% is due 120 days prior to the trip start date and 25% 90 days prior.
- The preferred mode of payment is Bank Wire. All card transactions will incur a 3.5% service fee.
- Rates are subject to change and are not applicable for Christmas/New Years. Rates are valid for 2024 only. Rates for 2025 will incur a 10% hike.
- Any changes in government taxes and park/conservancy fees have to be borne by the guests.
- We reserve the right to revise any published costs without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 120 days prior to the tour start dates. Between 90-120 days, 35% is refunded.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0 – 90 days of the trip start date. Amendment in dates within 90 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.
- The cancellation amount is calculated as per the total booking amount and not as per the advance deposited.
- No refunds in case of refusal to use a service/activity mentioned in the itinerary.
- All refunds are processed minus bank charges.
2 Nights - Delhi
As you arrive at the Delhi Airport, a vehicle will be waiting to take you to the hotel. Settle in for the day, take time to unwind and relax or explore the area around your hotel. Breakfast, lunch & dinner included with your overnight stay in New Delhi.
Begin in India’s vibrant capital, exploring historical marvels like India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, and the bustling streets of Old Delhi. Enjoy a curated city tour.
2 Nights - AGRA
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey to Agra – the historical heart of India. Arrive by lunchtime and check into your hotel before an afternoon of exploration. Visit the grand Agra Fort, Akbar’s Tomb, and experience the vibrant street markets. Enjoy a traditional Mughlai dinner before resting for an early morning start.
The next day, wake up before dawn to witness the Taj Mahal at sunrise, bathed in golden hues. After a hot breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a relaxed morning before continuing your adventure.
2 Nights - JAIPUR
Post breakfast, drive to Jaipur, the regal Pink City. Check in and unwind before heading out to explore Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and the colourful bazaars.
The next morning, enjoy an early visit to Amber Fort, where you’ll be captivated by its grandeur. In the evening, opt for a royal cultural experience before settling in for the night.
3 Nights - RANTHAMBORE
Depart for Ranthambore, one of India’s premier tiger reserves. Check into a luxury safari lodge and head out for your first game drive, tracking the elusive Bengal tiger. Over the next two days, enjoy multiple safaris, explore the rich biodiversity of Ranthambore National Park, and relax in the evening with fireside wildlife discussions.
2 Nights - UDAIPUR
After breakfast, drive to Udaipur, the city of lakes. Arrive by afternoon and check into a beautiful lakeside hotel. Spend the evening cruising on Lake Pichola, watching the sunset over the shimmering waters.
The next day, visit City Palace, Jag Mandir, and explore the quaint alleys filled with traditional Rajasthani art.
3 Nights - JAWAI
Journey to Jawai, the Leopard Kingdom. Check into a luxury safari camp and set out on a thrilling leopard safari in the rocky terrain. Spend the next few days soaking in the untouched wilderness, enjoying sunset drives, nature walks, and campfire dining under the stars.
1 Night - DELHI

Jaipur
Steeped in royal grandeur, Jaipur, the Pink City of India, is a mesmerizing blend of history, culture, and architectural brilliance. From the towering Amber Fort, with its intricate carvings and sweeping views, to the iconic Hawa Mahal, where latticed windows once allowed royal women to observe city life unseen, Jaipur breathes an air of regal charm. Ranthambore
The Ranthambore is rich in Fauna, with the tiger at the top of the food chain. Other big cats include Leopard, Caracal, Fishing cat and jungle cat. You’ll also find animals like sloth bear, striped hyena, Jackal, Desert fox, two antler species: the spotted deer (chital), and Sambar deer and two kinds of antelopes namely the Indian Gazelle (chinkara ) and the Blue Bull (Nilgai ).
Udaipur
A city of romance and regal splendor, Udaipur, often called the Venice of the East, enchants visitors with its shimmering lakes, grand palaces, and rich cultural heritage. At its heart lies the majestic Lake Pichola, where the iconic City Palace stands in all its glory, reflecting centuries of Mewar’s royal legacy. Jawai Leopard Reserve
Jawai is home to a wide variety of interesting animal and bird species, but there’s one predator that this sanctuary is famous for- The Indian Leopard. Being the apex predators of the region, leopards can be seen running wild and free in the rocky terrain of the Jawai, along with powerful herbivores like the Nilgai, the slender Indian Gazelle, crocodiles around the Jawai dam, and migratory birds such as flamingoes during the winter season.

GENERAL QUERIES
MEDICAL FACILITIES
The National Parks are located in a very remote region of India with the nearest hospital being 4 hours away.
Important Notes:
- Please carry your personal medications.
- Expecting mothers, patients with heart conditions, and any other health ailment that require constant medical attentions are advised not to travel.
PHOTO IDENTITY
Please ensure that you always carry a Government-issued photo ID with you during your travel.
For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa is required for travel to India and entry into the National Park
FOOD ALLERGIES
If you are allergic to any food items, kindly inform at the time of check-in. A delectable spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is served at all the lodges. Breakfast is the combination of variety and choices from the varied cuisine and is usually served in the park, during the safari itself.
ACCESS TO INTERNET
All lodges have basic internet connection. The offices in the lodges have an extra computer which can be used free of cost for emailing. Internet may not be reliable at all times as breakdowns take time to fix as we are remotely located.
WHAT TO PACK
Practical colors to wear to the park are khaki, beige and white in all seasons. Please avoid bright and flashy clothing and strong perfumes/deodorant. It is advisable not to wear sandals or shorts during nature walks
